You have a right to withdraw from the credit agreement before the end of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which the agreement is made, or if information is provided after the agreement is made, the day on which the borrower receives a copy of the executed agreement under section 61A or 63 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or the day on which the borrower receives the information required in section 61A(3) of that Act, whichever is the latest.

You have the right to repay the credit early at any time in full or partially and may be entitled to a rebate if you do so.

If the Lender (EasyPay Midlands Ltd) decides not to proceed with your application on the basis of information from a credit reference agency, the Lender must when informing you of the decision, inform you that it has been reached on the basis of information from the credit reference agency and provide details of that agency.

You have a right to obtain a copy free of charge on request unless the Lender is unwilling at the time of request to proceed to the conclusion of the credit agreement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you keep EasyPay Midlands advised within a reasonable time scale of any changes to your financial or residential circumstances; this includes your mobile phone number and email address. If you do not keep EasyPay Midlands up to date, you may have a “Trace” fee added to you balance if we have to engage with a Third Party Company to locate you.

EasyPay Midlands is almost fully paperless, as such our application process is online and shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete.

To be eligible for one of our loans, you’ll need to be aged between 18 and 65, not have been declared bankrupt, had a Debt Relief Order, an Individual Voluntary Agreement or a CCJ in the last 6 years. You must be resident in the UK.

In order to complete the forms and to receive communications from us you must also have an email address that you monitor frequently and a mobile phone. Unfortunately if you don’t have these we will not be able to process your application. It will also be necessary for you to have the ability to logon to your Online Portal Account to see your balance, settlement figures, payment requests and much more.

If you are a new customer to EasyPay Midlands and you application is successful, only one loan will be issued into your household to begin with. If your partner, a sibling or another member of your household would like to apply for a loan, unfortunately they will need to wait until the first loan has been paid in full before applying.
